Hi, I'm Jovanny! 

 

Today I'm a healing & empowerment coach who's on a mission to empower 1 Million Highly Sensitive People. I believe that healed people heal people—and healed people will save the world.

What many don't know is that I'm also someone who lived with debilitating, chronic anxiety for nearly 20 years. Which is why I used to think meditation wasn’t for people like me. My mind never stopped. Crowds terrified me. Even when I was alone, I felt like I was being watched.


I was a high-functioning overachiever on the outside, but overwhelmed on the inside' stuck in constant loops of overthinking, self-judgment, and shame for not “being able to calm down” and just enjoy life like so many of my peers around me.

It was during a trip to Mumbai in 2018 that a dear friend of mine invited me to meditate for the first time ever.
And something happened I’ll never forget: My mind went quiet.
For the first time—in decades—I felt stillness in my mind. 

I didn't know then, but that moment would alter the course of my life. The experience was so profound, that I then committed to a daily practice to figure out exactly what in the world had just happened. Not because I was trying to fix myself, but because I was finally able to be with myself.


Weeks later, I saw in real-time how meditation was helping me ease my social anxiety, regulate my nervous system, and reconnect with deep confidence I knew was inside me but I had previously struggled to tap into. 

Today, I don’t only meditate when life gets chaotic and I need some calm (which saves so much time from otherwise ruminating about the problems that come up). But I also use it as an anchor for my energy, and a ritual from where to create more clarity in my life and even where I channel new ideas!

It’s the portal through which I access my deepest clarity, including the vision for this very workshop.
