I'm inYou are 120mins away from experiencing peace of mind. That's a promise.
And no, this isn’t about "controlling" your mind or forcing stillness. What I'm guiding you through is a shame-free, nervous-system–safe way to make the body a safe place to be—so clarity and presence return naturally.
If you still suffer from a mind that constantly second guesses you, overthinks to the point of exhaustion, or downright bullies you, I feel you. It's tough. Especially now when what you'd appreciate more is having a clear mind from where to make clear decisions—right?
Here's the thing: this mental suffering happens because our nervous system doesn’t feel safe enough to rest. When the body doesn't feel safe enough, the mind stays alert: overthinking, replaying scenes, finding things to criticize, worrying, catastrophizing etc.
Want to know something funny? Your mind is doing all of this not because it's trying to hurt you but because it’s trying to protect you! Hah. But your mind isn't the enemy. What you simply need is to learn effective ways of slowing it down—just enough so that you can have deeper access to the intelligence of your body.
In this experiential workshop, I’ll be guiding you through a gentle, nervous-system–safe practice that weaves together breathwork, somatic awareness, and meditation to help your body feel safe enough to be at peace. A calm body breeds a clear mind.
And no, we won't force silence or stillness upon us nor force our thoughts away. And we certainly will not be chanting "think positive" mantras either (although that can be quite fun).
Instead, we're going to create a space of inner safety.
This is a space to be with yourself without judgment, pressure or discomfort.
The protocol I'm guiding you through may look similar to meditation from the outside—but the goal here isn’t to "empty your mind" or to “do it the right way.”
The goal is to teach your body that it’s safe to pause, so your mind no longer has to stay on guard.
If there ever was a hack to cease the damaging, unhelpful mental chatter... this is it.
When the body feels safe, the mind naturally softens. And that’s when real peace becomes accessible.
WHO THIS IS FOR
This isn’t about fixing yourself or becoming someone else. It’s for people who are already doing their best and are tired of fighting their own mind along the way.
This workshop is especially supportive if:
- Your thoughts feel loud, critical, or relentless—even when nothing is “wrong”
- You feel mentally exhausted from always having to hold it together
- A recent event left you in limbo, dysregulated, anxious and you want to return to your core so that the right decision becomes clear
- Stillness or traditional meditation has felt uncomfortable, anxiety-inducing, or inaccessible
- You sense there’s unprocessed emotion in your body, but don’t feel safe enough to slow down and meet it
- This end of the year feels heavy, foggy, or emotionally complex (I feel you: 2025 has been a WILD year, collectively speaking)
- You want clarity and steadiness going into the new year—without forcing resolutions or positivity
- You’re craving a way to feel safe inside yourself, not dependent on external circumstances to be okay
This workshop may not be a fit if you’re looking for a rigid technique, a productivity hack, or a quick mindset fix. The work here is gentle, embodied, and deeply human.

Why forcing stillness, silence, or positivity often makes things worse
If you’ve ever tried to sit in stillness and felt more anxious, restless, or frustrated, there’s nothing wrong with you. What usually happens is this:
You sit down. You try to be still. Your mind gets louder (not more quiet, as the gurus promised). Your body gets uncomfortable. And then you get up, frustrated & telling yourself you’re “bad at meditation” or that this is just not for you.
But the truth is much simpler.
When your nervous system is already overwhelmed, forcing stillness can feel unsafe.
And when something feels unsafe, the mind does what it knows how to do best: it speeds up, analyzes, distracts, or criticizes.
The same thing happens with “positive thinking.”
If there are unprocessed emotions in your body—whether it's grief, fear, exhaustion, anger—trying to override them with positivity doesn’t magically resolve them. It just pushes them deeper, where they continue to drain your energy in the background as you go about your day.
That's when the mind becomes a bully:
-
“You don’t really have time to feel this, look at all your real responsibilities.”
-
“It isn’t even a big deal, stop being a crybaby.”
-
“Just keep hustling and forget about it.”
-
“Others have experienced worse than you, you should be grateful.”
Over time, that internal pressure builds. The body gets depleted, our immune defenses drop, burnout creeps in, clarity disappears and even rest doesn’t feel restful anymore.
This workshop takes a completely different approach.
Instead of asking your mind to change first and just come up with better, helpful thoughts and solutions—we start by helping your body feel safe enough to slow down.
Because when safety is present, the mind doesn’t need to fight.
It doesn’t need to distract you either with mindless entertainment (hey, no shame here, the only reason I know is because I've been there). And it certainly doesn’t need to turn against you.
Peace isn’t something you force. It’s something that emerges when your system finally feels supported.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
This workshop isn’t about learning more techniques to have under your belt. To be frank, this is about getting our life back. And it begins by reclaiming your attention. Your attention is your life-force. It's time to stop the leaks and water with it what actually matters.
Here’s what you’ll walk away with:
1. Why it’s been hard to stay with yourself when things feel intense
You’ll understand why consistency hasn’t been the issue—safety has. And you’ll learn the core principles that help your nervous system trust slowing down.
2. How to work with your mind when stillness feels unsafe
A somatic, body-led approach that reduces anxiety, panic, and overthinking—without forcing silence or trying to “get it right.”
3. How to calm mental noise and process emotional residue
So your mind doesn’t stay stuck looping or carrying things it was never meant to hold.
(No affirmations and no bypassing.)
4. How to create a felt sense of safety you can return to anytime
A simple, repeatable practice you can use in real moments—when you’re overwhelmed, emotionally charged, or mentally exhausted.
5. How to build a shame-free rhythm that supports your everyday life
This is not about perfection or discipline. Just a way of being with yourself that your nervous system can actually maintain.
6. A 20 min experiential Moment of Peace of Mind - where we apply all of the lessons & tools to practice. You will experience in real time what it feels like to slow down the mind & savor presence!
You will experience a moment where your mind is at peace and your thoughts are no longer clouding your perception. This protocol alone is invaluable as it will continue to serve you long after the session ends!
WHY THIS MATTERS (NOW MORE THAN EVER)
The end of the year tends to bring a lot of conflicting emotions to the surface all at once, causing : stress, unresolved emotions that seek completion, grief, fatigue, uncertainty about what’s next.
Many people don’t realize how much they’re carrying until they finally slow down. And most of us try to meet that weight by staying busy or pushing through. But kicking the can down the road is not a real solution. Sooner of later, the body will bring you the receipts.
That’s why so many people enter the new year already depleted—trying to make decisions, set intentions, or “start fresh” from a place that doesn’t feel safe or grounded.
This workshop offers something different.
Not a reset that asks you to override how you feel, but a way to come back to yourself—gently, reliably, and without force.
You’ll leave with:
- a felt sense of inner steadiness
- a way to regulate your system when your mind spirals
- and a practice you can return to whenever life feels heavy or uncertain
In an overstimulated world, learning how to feel safe inside your mind is not a luxury.
For many people, it is the difference between burnout and direction.

But don't take it from me, take it from those who have already experienced the results of this transformative workshop:
Hi, I'm Jovanny
Today I'm a healing & personal empowerment mentor specializing on Mind-Body-Breath mastery on a mission to support 1 Million Highly Sensitive People. I believe that healed people are the ones who get to make the world a better place with their presence alone.
What may be surprising to know is that I used to live with crippling, chronic anxiety for 15+ years. Which is why I used to think practices that encouraged stillness (like mediation) weren't made for people like me. It's just that my mind never stopped, crowds terrified me and even when I was alone I felt like someone was watching me.
I was a high-functioning individual on the outside, but only I knew how overwhelmed and frustrated I was on the inside: stuck in constant loops of overthinking, self-judgment, and guilt for not being able to "just calm down” and enjoy life like the happy-go-lucky people around me. My mind had become my worst enemy.
It was during a trip to Mumbai in 2018 that a dear friend of mine invited me to practice meditation for the first time. This time, something astounding happened: after that session was over, my mind went absolutely quiet... zero thoughts. For the first time—in decades—I had a blank mind with no thoughts racing or fighting for my attention (or with me). The description doesn't due the feeling justice—the experience was incredibly delicious!
That single moment altered the course of my life forever.
It was there and then that I committed to a daily practice to figure out exactly what in the world had just happened in my mind & body during that session.
Not because I was trying to fix myself, but because I was finally able to know what it felt like to be me.
The rest is history; learning to feel safe in my own body has not only made my social anxiety disappear, but I have been able to also reconnect with the zest for life I only remembered from childhood.
After 7 years of practice and studying what happened that evening in Mumbai, it's a pleasure and an honor to get to share this experience with you.
Today, even though I no longer suffer from social anxiety and my mind has become my best friend, I still practice the tools and techniques I share almost every day. It's my go-to practice to return home to me and show up to my life and the world in deeper presence.
Being able to clear your mind on command, and enter presence, is one of the best skills to posses in this day and age of overstimulation and distraction.
Whether you end up taking this journey with me or not, thank you. I respect your willingness to show up for yourself and, despite it all, still trying to grow into the version of yourself you deep down know you are.
With admiration & respect,
Jovanny
