A personal note:

If you're reading this, it probably means you're carrying a heavy heart right now. And honestly, I'm so sorry that you're in this place, a place no one ever wants to be – grieving someone you love deeply, with all that love still brimming inside you, and nowhere to pour it because they're... not here anymore.

I know that no amount of words can truly make the pain go away or begin to capture the heaviness you might be feeling. It's a kind of loss that we all dread, and that, sadly, is part of life's journey.

And the strange thing is, even though we know grief is something all of us will experience, when you're in the thick of it, it can feel so isolating and incredibly lonely.

I remember when my mom passed away in December of 2016, it felt like the world just kept spinning, but I was stuck. Unable to continue moving with it. And in the silence after she was gone, so many emotions came crashing in - a real hurricane of them that I didn't have a clue what to do with them all.

What began to shift things for me and kickstarted my journey toward healing, was when I finally learned to just... be with my grief. To actually feel it, instead of trying to avoid it by staying busy all the time or by trying to make sense of it all logically.

So, what I want you to hear right now, more than anything, is that you are not alone. The world outside might seem like it's just moving on without missing a beat, but I’m right here with you, ready to walk this path with you. You don't have to do this by yourself.

With so much love,
Jovanny
